Models and images charts
Six models and images charts support the first five key areas listed below. The charts include a selection of models and images to help in teaching the key areas in a way that promotes and supports children's understanding.

The six key areas are:

• ordering numbers to 100
• counting on and back in ones and tens
• partitioning and recombining
• addition/subtraction facts within 20
• understanding addition and subtraction 
• understanding multiplication and division
