Many schools in Manchester have subscriptions to Espresso learning content and can access the resource from any computer connected to the school network, making high quality digital learning resources available in every classroom.

Resources are updated weekly with new learning resources and news items being added to the overall collection of resources available. Subscribing schools receive CDP direct from Espresso to help embed resources in learning and teaching programmes.

Espresso and Manchester LA has agreed full access to the Espresso resource for teachers at Espresso subscribing schools from wherever they are*. This will allow you to plan lessons from your home using your laptop rather than having to stay in school to plan, or even plan from the airport while waiting for your flight to the sun!

Each subscribing school has been allocated a username and password to log into the Espresso Home Access website - speak to your school's Espresso Co-ordinator for this. If you are the coordinator and have lost or forgotten your school's username and password, contact the ICT HelpDesk on 234 7787 or email education.helpdesk@manchester.gov.uk to get your password re-sent.

*Access is available via suitable connection to the internet at the users cost. Appropriate plugins are required to view multimedia content. Teachers will not be able to access the Espresso Home Access while attached to a MEWAN connected computer. Schools are limited to 20 home access logins per day.
