Management Support to Schools

Welcome to Management Support online – the new MEWAN based management resource to help Headteachers and Chairs of Governors manage a wide range of employee and governance related activities.

Management Support to Schools is an advisory and support service offered for purchase by schools.  Your SLA provides:

• a management and HR advice service

• access to online support

• regular briefings / surgeries,  transactional support with appointments and contracts of employment (through personnel shared service centre).

We will guarantee your allocation of advisory support, provide flexible additional support as required and share knowledge and skills to enable you to manage people issues effectively.

Our aim:   to provide schools with timely, practical and pragmatic support for all your people issues.

Our style:   working mainly with Headteachers and Chairs of Governors we offer “hands on” support  on the issues you identify, according to your priorities.

Our commitment:   competence, confidence, knowledge and experience, most of all to be there when you need us.
