The Humanities ‘Toolkit’ is a set of materials intended to generally promote an improved quality of teaching and learning in history and geography. It will assist coordinators and class teachers in embracing the principles and practicalities of the ‘My Manchester’ project and its overarching philosophy of adapting the curriculum and personalising it to the needs and abilities of a particular set of pupils in a particular school.

The toolkit is grouped into 3 sections - Planning and Assessment, Subject Leadership and Teaching and Learning.
