Training Needs Analysis Tool

It is now a requirement in Manchester to submit a report from a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) along with your application for HLTA. The training needs analysis process is linked to the HLTA standards.

Anyone can use the TNA tool, even if you are not thinking about going for the HLTA status at the moment. The outcomes of your training needs analysis will provide the focus for any future training and development activities, identifying where you need to extend your skills and experience.
